Small-Group Academic Classes for Homeschoolers

Expert teaching.  Thoughtful groups.  Real Academic Growth.

The Learning Room's live Academic Groups give students the expert instruction and individualized support they need--inside a small, engaging community of learners.

Our students don't disappear into a virtual classroom. They are known, challenged, encouraged, and taught according to what they are ready to learn next.

Small groups—with a level of attention that feels personal

There is something powerful about learning alongside other children: hearing another student’s thinking, explaining an idea aloud, participating in meaningful discussion, and discovering that you are not the only one still learning.

But group instruction only works when it is designed carefully.

Our Academic Studios are intentionally small, expertly led, and organized around student readiness. Teachers adapt instruction, provide individual feedback, and monitor each student’s progress—so children receive the energy of a group without getting lost inside it.
