The Learning Room Policies Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be rescheduled and will not be refunded. Rescheduling before the 24-hour mark falls on the client's responsibility to find an available time on the teacher's digital calendar. Each teacher will have make-up hours available on their calendar each month. If the client does not reschedule the session, it will be considered a forfeited session. Obligations of The Learning Room The Tutor undertakes to do all preparation before lessons and to structure lessons in such a way as to optimise time for the Student's benefit. The Tutor shall keep confidential all information of the Student. The Tutor shall at no time be required or obliged to execute homework or assignments on behalf of the Student. Obligations of the Student/Parent The Student undertakes to assist the Tutor in identifying problem areas in which the Student needs specific tutoring.
